Recruitment Process

Step 1: Application Review

Applications are that are submitted with complete Application, Resume, Coverletter, and Typing Certificate will be reviewed.
CritiCall testing times will be assigned for each applicant with a fully completed application.

Step 2: Computerized CritiCall Exam

Applicants will attend a scheduled CritiCall Exam located an Yolo Emergency Communications Agency at their assigned testing time.

Step 5: Executive Director Interview

Step 6: Background Investigation

Step 7: Conditional Offer of Employment

Upon available authorized positions and successfully passing each step, applicants may progress through the recruitment process.

Step 8: Psychological Exam

Step 9: Physical Exam & Drug Screening

Step 10: Job Offer
